What is a Tin Can Tamale? It is a fun new twist to the traditional
tamale. A Tin Can Tamale is a one pound giant tamale filled with
half a pound of moist flavorful filling. No more dry corn husks.
Just a pure moist tamale steamed in a can then served hot and ready
to eat right out of the can. Don't forget a side of our fresh avocado
tomatillo salsa.... Yum!
A Tin Can Tamale is convienent, no dirty dishes to wash, great for camping,
company get-togethers, sports, all kinds of events and a great lunch or dinner.

Mild Green Chile Pork - slow cooked shredded pork in a mild green chile sauce.
Medium Chipotle Chicken - fresh tomatoes and tender chicken, simmered in a zesty sauce. Just enough kick to tickle your taste buds.
Sweet "n" Spicy Pork - slow cooked shredded pork in a sweet and savory sauce. Hot with some serious spiciness.
Vegi Lovers - Vegetable oils and a pinch of butter are used in the masa. We roast pablano peppers and add tomatoes, onions, garlic, black beans and cotija cheese. Warning! if you try one of these it could end up being your favorite...
